All information about my commissions is posted here!

T.O.S.

Thank you for your support and interest in my work! Feel free to send me a private message on twitter or instagram if you have a question. I check those accounts most often. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service. Breaking my terms of service may result in direct cancellation of the commission without a refund and/or will result in being banned from commissioning me in the future. My TOS might be subject to change at any time without notice.Last edit of T.o.S.: Jan. 5th 2024

Communication

Commissions are discussed in English or Dutch. Please avoid using abbrevations, slangs, capslock. Harassment or inability to communicate in a respectful and mature way will result in cancellation of the commission.

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal. I also accept bank transfers from people living in the Netherlands. I only accept payment in euros (€). You can check the exchange rates here: www.xe.com/When you commission me using paypal, please provide your paypal mail address and wait for me to send a paypal invoice. Do not send the payment before I agree with the commission too. Payment is upfront, I will start your commission once I’ve received the full payment. It is your responsibility to notify me when the payment is sent, because sometimes payment will fail to come through and I won’t know if the payment has been sent.

Commissions are digital only

You will receive a digital copy of your commission. The file(s) will be sent in their original resolution in .png format. You can request other file types too, if desired.

I won't draw:

  • NSFW

  • Kawaii characters/style

  • Extremely muscular/buff (on brink of fetish)

  • Designs with very straining bright or conflicting (neon) colors.

  • Robots, machinery, mecha, vehicles

  • Sensitive topics, controversial, hateful, offensive themes or character designs

  • Extreme gore

  • Other artist's style

  • Characters from copyrighted media/franchise

Providing references

I might ask you for more details about your character or other details about your desired commission. Such as the scenery, pose, expression, typical behaviour of your character(s). When you respond, please keep it simple (no whole pages of paragraphs). It will be faster for me to work with just one paragraph about typical expressions or behavior of your character. It helps me figure out a good pose/expression. It is also important to send at least one finished and non-shaded reference of your character for the commission. The better reference you provide me with, the easier it will be for me to draw your character correctly. I won’t accept design commissions or character references that are not complete. I also accept a sketch which shows or explains the the composition/pose you have in mind, if you have a very specific wish. That’s completely fine too and even greatly helps me understand what you have in mind!

Requesting changes

I always send a rough sketch for every commission type for you to see if you’re happy with the pose or composition. You can still ask me for major revisions at this point. For the lineart stage, you can ask me for smaller corrections, but not the pose. Only small anatomical details or clothes/accessoiries for example. Once I start coloring you can only ask for correction of details I missed on your character’s design. I won't change anything on a finished commission. So please, be sure you notify me about changes as soon as possible and make sure that you communicate your idea clearly with me before I start your commission. I will show work-in-progress shots in between stages of a commission. So you can check if I got your character’s design right.I work best when I’m given a bit of artistic freedom. Meticulously desciribing every single detail to me will put a strain on me drawing your commission, as there’s too much info to take into account. Some pointers are okay, but please don’t send me overly elaborate paragraphs of every detail.

Turnaround time

The time taken for a commission varies per type. Each commission is of course a different case. I can only roughly spend around 8 to 16 hours on art each week. So it might take a while until I complete your commission (a month or even longer is normal, for bigger illustrations). I sometimes take a break to do personal art too and step a way from larger illustrations for a while to prevent getting to fixated on them. I ask you to please be patient.

Refund

When I end up being unable to continue your commission, I will notify you and a full refund will be given. In case of harassment or disrespectful communication, I will cancel the commission and give a refund for the work that remained to be done. Commissions that have entered the coloring stage will not be refunded. The refund amount for when I finished the sketch is 80%. When I finished the clean lines the refund will be 75%. After the clean lines are done, you will not be able to ask for a refund anymore.

Application form

Please fill in the application form if you are interested in commissioning me. My commissions are not first-come-first-serve. I will select a couple of applications to work on, depending on which ones I feel comfortable working on / if I think it will work out with my style. If your application did not get accepted, you can always try to apply for the next round. When you get a slot, I will contact you to tell me more about your character of choice and eventually ask you about more details.
